Catching up with StudioLabLink
Great things are Happening!
If you haven't seen K&K's StudioLabLink lately, now is the time to take another look. We've added three great advantages that let you bridge between your studio and the lab faster and better than ever before.
First, we've made online order tracking available for StudioLabLink:
Log in at kkstudioconnect.com and then click on View LabLink Orders on the Order Manager menu. Now you can view both the status and details of your orders, at any time! Don't have a user name and password? Sign up today with your existing account number.
Special Tip: The Studio Reference option and text field on the Review Order screen can prove an invaluable tool for both you and us. The information that you enter in the field will show up both in the confirmation email you receive when your order is processed, and the printout that is returned with every order. This will help you to track each order more easily.
Next, we've introduced logos in StudioLabLink:
Available now! Order logos as an addition to your imaging through StudioLabLink. Take a look under Options->Image Options for the new addition. You have the option to add either a Personal Logo or your Custom Studio Logo! Both Personal and Studio logos are printed in white type in the lower right corner of the print.
For the Personal Logo simply check the box next to the selection and then type your desired text. We take care of the rest!
Studio Logos are even simpler. Just check the box and you're finished. Your wallets will come back branded to your studio.
In order to use the Studio Logo feature, we need to either have your custom logo already on file, or you can email it to us in either a .tif or .jpg file format. Be sure to use black text or graphics on a white background.
Lastly, we're giving you more choices! You now have a new option when submitting your order through StudioLabLink:
When you've come to the Order Review page, you will now find two new options.
"Color Correction" Option
If you have not color calibrated your monitors to K&K's lab system, choose this option checkbox. This tells us to color correct your images using our best judgement. This is the default option.
"Print Without Color Correction" Option
The second option is for us to print your images as is with no color corrections. If you are running a completely calibrated studio, please use the Print Without Color Correction option. This gives you a finished product that will more closely match what you are seeing on your monitor.
Special Tip: Get rid of the guesswork! To get calibrated to K&K's monitors, request a Calibration Kit today
