Strange Colors? No Problem!
A few of our customers have come to us with an issue involving strange colors that appear in images when working in StudioLabLink. If you are using the sRGB color profile, you need look no further, as you will not see this problem. We have contacted the developer about this and have good news. The issue is with the underlying Java program language and not related to your images or StudioLabLink.
When you open a folder of images in StudioLabLink to create your order from the thumbnails, StudioLabLink is using third-party software they purchased, but the images that display for cropping are done directly by Java. It appears that Java and Adobe have communication difficulties and that conflict can result in strange colors in images. StudioLabLink is doing nothing to the colors of your images and any color differences you see are only in the viewing of the image and will not appear in the final print.
