ProShots Support Ending
K&K would like to make sure that our customers are aware of an important service change. As of December 31, 2005, our lab will no longer be supporting ProShots in any form. With the advent of our free system StudioConnect, all of the functionality of ProShots is available to you in a form that is either at the same price point or frequently, less expensive. When ordering prints, StudioLabLink offers a much more streamlined and user-friendly interface. This provides our customers with the same ease in ordering from the lab, but more flexibility in what K&K can offer and how we can present it to you. Unlike with ProShots, our entire catalog of digital products and services is easily available to you in StudioLabLink.
If you use the online album functionality of ProShots, K&K's StudioStore comes to the rescue! If you have not already had the opportunity to see what StudioStore can do for you. StudioStore offers you the ability to place your images online for your clients to preview and order from- anytime and anywhere! Orders placed by your clients can be returned to you for any final adjustments to the files before sending it to us to print. Or choose to send us the high resolution images for the event and we'll take care of everything from printing and finishing to shipping directly to your client. We will send you a check for the order total minus any lab cost.
Effective September 30, 2005 we will no longer accept film to scan and output to ProShots. After that, your film will be scanned and output so that the images can be ordered through StudioLabLink using a zip file of images that you can download from your StudioConnect account page. We will continue to print any ProShots orders that come into the lab until December 31, 2005. After that, new orders will need to be submitted through StudioLabLink.
